Arrangement for an outdoor party should be focused on two sections. The first is the food and the second is the fire pit. Arrangement for the food will need to be decided based on the style of delivery. If you are having a buffet, then want to leave that area clear of any chairs or entertainment. When making the table for a buffet, you want to have clear markers for plates and cups. One idea to help avoid confusion is too place the cutlery on one side, before the food. Then on a small area separate from the food, place the drink options. This way, if people get back up for drinks, they do not have to wait in the same line for food.
