Do you bid or negotiate work?
Both. We participate in hard-bid packages and are equally comfortable in negotiated and design-assist delivery where early input improves the outcome.
Can you build while a property stays open?
Yes. Phased, contained construction on operating properties is a regular part of our commercial practice, with guest-safe access and contained work zones.
What size projects do you take?
From a single architectural water feature to a full amenity courtyard. Tell us the scope and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Do you take commercial projects outside El Paso?
Our focus is El Paso, Texas. We manage health department, ADA and municipal coordination for El Paso-area jurisdictions and take select projects in nearby southern New Mexico.
Can you work from an architect's drawings?
Yes. We regularly join projects in design-assist alongside architects and landscape architects, or carry the design ourselves from concept through construction documents.
