What to expect from the first conversation
What happens after I request a consultation?
We call within one business day to understand the property and the scope, then schedule a site visit. The visit takes about an hour and covers grade, sun, access, utilities and how you plan to use the space.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The first conversation and the site visit are at no cost. Design work begins under agreement once we agree on scope and a preliminary construction budget.
What information helps most in the first call?
Your address or neighborhood, a rough idea of the scope, your target timeline and an investment range. Photos of the backyard and any inspiration you have collected are useful too.
