How These Get Built
One team, from first sketch to start-up
Every project on this page was designed and built by the same team. Structure, water, gas, electrical, hardscape, shade and planting are drawn together, so the finished environment behaves the way it was drawn — no seams between trades and no design decisions deferred to the field.
That matters more here than in most markets. El Paso soil, hard water, monsoon drainage and 100-degree afternoons all shape decisions about shell engineering, finish selection, deck material and where shade has to land.

How long does a custom pool project take in El Paso?
Most residential pool and outdoor living projects run four to seven months from signed drawings to final walkthrough. Design and permitting take four to eight weeks; construction depends on scope, grade and how much hardscape, shade and fire work is included.
